urgh.. its been a seriously tiring week since school started.. no thanks to the cca recruitment drive. rehearsals and etc, havent had time/energy to blog like i had intended to on 21apr. anyway here goes the events that had past this week:

Monday
the intended opening date and day of my blog. its like a really bad monday blues (its MONDAY + school REOPENING) actually i wondered if its the classes that i dread when going to school as compared to dreading school itself.

either way, the week started off by getting to know the subject lecturers and seems like i've gotten quite a few weirdoes this semester (OH THE DREAD!!!). shant post about them here though. they'l appear here soon enough.

had the cca recruitment drive performance rehearsals, and as usual i always look forward to the appearances of certain arts groups. haha. makes you wonder which ones they are, doesnt it? and of course i shall pretend it does not and ignore you (if you actually are pondering, you can come ask me).


Tuesday
somehow i cannot recall anything that happened today, weird isnt it? memory must be failing me, or my mind can only be filled by things that i choose to remember. i proudly declare i have selective memory! hah! its not short term memory anymore.

cca performances rehearsals today as well. pretty cool. the same "look-forward-ness". haha. i'm pretty happy when i see certain things that i want to. and marcus knows why. :) and i also feel like its pretty cool to know how to play on the keyboard. the only keyboard i know is the one i'm using right now -.- sad to say, but still the fact.


Wednesday
the first day of the cca recruitment drive. i must say its rather anticpative to sit at the booth and watch all the students patronise. the booth was manned by me, gerald and marcus and i think we did a pretty good job hawking. we were the only booth hawking in fact, 'cause thats the only thing we could do since we're a non-performing arts group.

the day ended with a recruitment list of 80+ names. a good amount i'd say, considering all the hawking and shouting.


Thursday
second day of cca recruitment. its a sad sad thursday. we hawked and shouted but the numbers just arent rising! shant blog much about thursday. its a anti-climax to this post. (by the way, we only had 27 names today.)


Friday (afternoon)
this would probably be the best day ever! the 3 musketeers of production crew jsut simply decided not to hawk or draw attention to the booth today. all our attention were on the two flat screens laying on the booth table. had some friends over at the booth where crapping was ensured, thanks to me, me and me.

thats probably all we did at the booth actually, and the numbers were a shock. the final numbers for today were 57 (i think). and to think all we did were NOTHING. it must be really attractive to just stare at laptops -.-

me and marcus decided to close up the booth earlier today since we're going to have another show nearing evening.

Friday (evening)
this evening show was requested by the Applied Science Studies Club for some movie screening under the stars. and for the first time, i really FELT what meant to SLACK during a show. me and marcus had prepared ourselves a chill out session right at the show. we had icebox + ice + drinks, chips, our laptops, and most importantly the amazing environment! it simply was a chill out like never before i must say.

i also want to highlight here about the ASSC here. like wow they were really into welfare for their freshmen. sandwiches, drinks, ice cream. they were prepared for the movies! PC was also given one FULL tray of sandwiches. somehow is tasted pretty good but we only managed half the tray. man, i really gotta love ASSC.

after movie, pack up. and dad had kindly offered me a ride home. yayness for me =)


Saturday
nevermind about today. its just pure slackness here. too slack to even post much.
